Artist and Musician

ART - I have been drawing since I could hold a pen, of course my first drawings looked like scribbles but I new what those scribbles meant! 30+ years later I am still at it. Obviously you can see my art here at Deviant, so I won't say much about that, but I am also a Musician.

MUSIC - I have played one instrument or another since I was 8 years old. I started on trumpet in elementary and played into middle school, when I stopped. In middle school I got to be in a special music class called "Salsa band" and was also in Chorus. In this class I learned to play bass guitar, vibraphones, marimba, keyboards and synthesizers and a little drum set and percussion. In highschool I noodled around on acoustic and electric guitars but never really got to good (guitar is probably the instrument I am the worst at). After high school I owned a bass guitar, but was no longer that in to the bass. Soon there after I discovered hand drums (djembe, darbuka, dumbek and others). I played those types of drums for about 7 years. Then I started playing Congas, bongos, timbales and other types of latin percussion. I played in a Local Latin Jazz/Funk Fusion group called "Los Brown Spots" for 7 years. I currently make electronic music in the following genres:
Psychedelic Trance, Dubstep, Ambient, Triphop. I am also currently working on a solo percussion project.
